Job summary

Owls Hall Environmental Ltd is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. The role involves handling customer calls, producing servicing quotes, and coordinating maintenance work for engineers from our office location.

• Taking calls from new and existing customers.
• Providing costs for servicing, emptying and breakdowns.
• Scheduling planned and unplanned servicing and emptying work for Engineers.
• Working closely with our external engineers to create quotations for additional work.
• Upselling cash contracts to Direct Debit plans.
