Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking a proactive Service Advisor at a Bolton car dealership. You will manage workshop loading, attend to all customer requirements, and help drive service revenue. Hours are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30-12:30.

We value a team player who can upsell services and explain service plans. Kerridge/1 Link/Pinnacle or similar DMS experience is essential, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 Link / Pinnacle or similar DMS systems.
• Experience in upselling services.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient workshop loading and attend to customer requirements to expected standards.
• Upsell works and promote special offers / Service Plans.
