Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Service Advisor in Livingston to join our automotive service team. The role includes coordinating service bookings and maintaining smooth workshop flow while addressing customer requirements.

You will actively upsell maintenance work and special offers to help customers get value and keep the dealership running efficiently. We value prior service-advisor experience, familiarity with Kerridge or similar DMS systems, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Kerridge/DMS knowledge or similar systems.
• Previous experience Upselling services.
• UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading and meet customer needs.
• Upsell services and promote Service Plans.

Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE : £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday's 1 in 3 8am-12pm
