Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Richmond team. Based in London area, the role focuses on arranging service bookings and delivering excellent customer service.

You will help maintain workshop flow, respond to customer requirements, and upsell services and service plans where appropriate. A full UK driving licence is required and experience with DMS systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
• Previous experience Up selling
• Full manual UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.

Basic Salary - £33,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-18:00
Location - Richmond
