Job summary

AutoSkills (United Kingdom) in Leeds is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership service desk. You will manage workshop loading, liaise with customers, and upsell services, with a focus on delivering excellent customer care.

The ideal candidate has prior Service Advisor experience, knowledge of Kerridge/1Link/Pinnacle or similar DMS, and a track record in upselling and recommending service plans. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Kerridge / 1 Link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
• Previous experience Upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
