Job summary

Marshall Audi Wimbledon is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a team of technicians, allocating job cards and managing workloads to maximise productivity while maintaining brand standards.

You will oversee EVHC and service booking systems, ensuring quality service delivery and effective time management, and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone in support of the Service Advisor team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller, preferably from a franchised dealership.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain a professional, calm approach.
• Proficient IT skills with EVHC software experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to anticipate and resolve operational barriers.
• Commitment to delivering great results and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• Allocate job cards and manage workloads to maximise productivity.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets brand standards and drive service success.
• Oversee workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, supporting the Service Advisor team.
