A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Workforce Information Analyst. You will analyze workforce data, coordinate reporting, and supervise a dedicated team. The role requires advanced knowledge of workforce information, particularly concerning Electronic Staff Records (ESR). This position supports hybrid working, requiring on-site attendance twice a week. With an emphasis on improving HR Information Systems, this role is crucial for effective service delivery.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Information Analyst to join our team. Workforce information is a key resource to enable managers to deliver services in a cost-effective way and you will have a key role in supporting this.
You will have experience of working within healthcare and have advanced practical knowledge of Workforce Information in relation to Electronic Staff Records (ESR).
The Workforce Information team work a hybrid pattern and are on site twice a week.
