Qualifications

• 5+ years of UK Operational Payroll experience.
• Strong Workday Payroll knowledge with any specialist capability.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, credibility and empathy, including remote work.
• Ability to work in remote teams and independently.
• Good workload planning and deadline delivery.
• Understanding confidentiality and data security.
• Willingness to learn international regulatory requirements.
