Bupa is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Coordinator for BankTenterden House Care Home in the UK. You will create vibrant activity programs, run sessions, and manage a residents' activity planner within budget while collaborating with teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes caring, creativity, and engagement, with opportunities to organise events, small group activities, and one-to-one interactions to improve wellbeing and social connection for residents.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ideas and the ability to plan activities.
• Able to manage budgets and keep paperwork organized.
• Strong communication and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner within the home budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and performers for days out/events.
• Organise one-to-one sessions with residents for reminiscence, reading, or tea and chat.
• Support the home’s social media channels as required.
