Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Senior Activities Coordinator at Trowbridge Oaks Care Home in Wiltshire. This permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly salary of £13.20–£14.20.

You will lead daily activity sessions, manage the activity planner within budget, support residents, organise celebrations and liaise with local community partners. A caring, creative mindset and ability to motivate colleagues are essential.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions tailored to residents.
• Produce and update the activity planner within budget.
• Support residents and encourage participation in activities.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Coordinate activities, events, and days out with external partners.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties when required.
• Arrange one-to-ones with residents for reminiscence or chatting.
• Update care paperwork and emails.
• Support social media channels as needed.
