Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water projects based in Exeter with a flexible hybrid working model. You will lead multiple small to medium water utility schemes, coordinating engineers and allied professionals to deliver on client frameworks.

The role requires strong commercial and risk management skills, NEC4 familiarity, and Chartered status or progression toward it. Join a collaborative, inclusive team delivering sustainable water infrastructure across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartered Engineer or APM registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple small to medium water utility schemes within client frameworks.
• Provide input on project delivery procedures and improve PM practices.
• Oversee one or more Project Managers and support tasks as needed.
• Apply commercial, risk and contractual awareness to project delivery.
