Job summary

Reconomy Connect seeks an experienced Corporate Business Development Manager in waste management to join our Business and Industry team. You will build a profitable client portfolio, shape solutions for blue-chip organisations, and lead opportunities from initial contact to signed contracts.

You’ll manage a diverse pipeline, collaborate with a dedicated bid team, and present to stakeholders from site operations to the boardroom, delivering social and environmental value.

Qualifications

• Robust track record of selling outsourced solutions into commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience in the waste management industry.
• Ability to self-generate and convert new opportunities across sectors.
• Demonstrated solution-led sales process.
• Confidence to develop dialogue with senior stakeholders.
• Effective corporate-level communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of meeting challenging targets.
• Experience in bid and tender writing with bid-support collaboration.
• Strong commercial mindset driving profitability and value.
