Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Bristol is hiring a Customer Account Executive to join a close-knit team delivering waste and recycling solutions to UK SMEs. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling enquiries mainly by email with some calls, and using problem-solving skills to keep services running smoothly.

As you learn customer needs, you will spot new sales opportunities and support mobilising new contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (office, retail or hospitality).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• IT literate with common Microsoft apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to provide an excellent service.
• Be the main point of contact for enquiries, mainly via email and some calls.
• Support Account Managers with mobilising new contracts and coordinating orders.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure smooth service delivery.
