Job summary

Reconomy Connect is hiring an experienced, corporate Business Development Manager in waste management to join the Business and Industry team in the Recycle Loop. You will develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, build relationships with blue-chip clients, and collaborate with a bid team to deliver compelling proposals.

• A robust track record of selling outsourced solutions into commercial and industrial sectors.
• Experience within the waste management industry.
• Ability to self-generate and convert new business opportunities across multiple market sectors.
• Demonstrated competence with a solution-led sales process.
• Confidence and gravitas to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at corporate level.
• Track record of meeting challenging targets.
• Bid and tender writing experience with collaboration from bid team.
