Job summary

H. W. Martin Waste Limited in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Operations & Reuse Manager to lead site operations and drive reuse initiatives across the HWRC network.

You will work closely with the leadership team to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient services for local authority contracts, with a focus on operational excellence and value creation. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working practices and health and safety compliance across sites.
• Liaise with Compliance to complete audits and actions.
• Undertake audits and inspections of internal and external sites.
• Develop and implement operational plans for HWRCs and Transfer Stations.
• Lead quality and service improvements aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve performance targets and report progress to senior management.
• Support commercial reviews and tenders with stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end reporting and data analysis.
• Represent the company at internal and external meetings.
