H. W. Martin Waste Limited is recruiting a Contract Manager to lead HWRC operations across the region, ensuring contract obligations and KPIs are met while maintaining strong client liaison.

The role requires an organised, proactive leader with WAMITAB CoTC and solid IT and communication skills, plus willingness to travel between sites. A competitive package is on offer reflecting experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working practices and Health and Safety compliance.
• Meet KPI contractual commitments and report progress.
• Manage a direct team and subcontractors across HWRC sites.
• Drive operational plans to meet agreed standards and improve service.
