Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, part of Relais & Châteaux and Pride of Britain Hotels, seeks a Senior Waiter for SOURCE, our Michelin-starred restaurant in Windermere. You will lead a luxury dining service, mentor front-of-house colleagues, and deliver warm, precise hospitality in a calm, refined atmosphere.

Formación

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
• Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.
