Responsibilities

• Join the team at SOURCE, guiding the flow of service and supporting the front-of-house team.

• Lead the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail in a luxury dining environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house colleagues to create memorable guest-focused moments.
• Maintain presentation, etiquette, and brand-aligned behaviour at all times.
