Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District is seeking a confident Senior Waiter for SOURCE, our Michelin-star restaurant. You will lead service, guide the dining room flow, and deliver polished guest care in a refined, ingredient-led setting.

The role offers 40 hours across a full-time schedule, generous gratuities, meals on shift, and ongoing training within Relais & Châteaux property standards.

Your Role as Senior Waiter:

Salary: £27,248 – £28,704 per year

Gratuities: £351 – £526 per month (average)
