Job summary

Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join SOURCE at the Gilpin. You will manage a designated kitchen section and ensure dishes meet Michelin-level standards, while contributing to daily operations and menu development.

You will train junior team members, maintain cleanliness and safety, collaborate with the restaurant team, and enjoy a benefits package including meals on shift, pension, and staff gratuities, in a supportive, creative environment.

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
• Runs a section with confidence, organisation, and calm.
