You will guide guests through a refined, ingredient‑focused journey, collaborate with the kitchen and sommeliers, and maintain high standards of professionalism in a luxury setting. 40 hours per week, on-site, with generous gratuities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
• Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.
• A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide the flow of service and support the front-of-house team.
