Emberwood, part of Sutton 1079, seeks a Senior Waiter to lead service, support the management team, and train staff to deliver an exquisite guest experience. The role focuses on preparation, precision, and guest-centric service during busy evenings and weekends.

With at least 2 years in a similar role, you will drive consistency across sections, maintain high standards, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment at Emberwood in the Francis Hotel Bath group.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a similar role.
• Excellent guest focus with ability to deliver exquisite experiences.
• Experience in training and developing team members.

Responsabilidades

• Guest interaction and repeat business built on trust and experiences.
• Ensure the preparation and delivery of service meets the highest standards.
• Assist with training of staff in delivery of service, menu knowledge and guest experience.
• Complete tasks assigned by the restaurant manager or line manager.
• Comply with Health and Safety standards to deliver exquisite experiences.
• Run a section in the restaurant, lounge or terrace with energy and personality.
• Oversee all Emberwood sections and support the team to deliver high-quality product.
• Open or close the restaurant responsibly and efficiently.
• Lead with energy and enthusiasm to create a positive environment for staff and guests.
