Emberwood is a destination restaurant at the heart of Francis Hotel Bath, rooted in Bath and inspired by its people. The restaurant welcomes both hotel guests discovering the city and locals who return time and again, drawn by a shared appreciation for warm hospitality and thoughtful food.

The senior Waiter will ensure that all food services are well supported and help direct the members of the team in being prepared for service.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction and Repeat Business built on trust and experiences.
• Ensure the preparation and delivery of service is at the highest standards in relation to our offering.
• Assist with training of staff in the consistent delivery of the order of service, menu knowledge and elevating the guest experience.
• Complete individual tasks assigned by the restaurant manager or line manager
• Compliant with Health and Safety Standards, built in to deliver exquisite experiences for guests.
• Run a section in the restaurant, lounge or terrace with enthusiasm, energy and personality.
• Oversee all sections across Emberwood and support the team in delivery of the product to a high standard
• Responsibility for the correct opening or close-down of the restaurant
• Leadership though energy and enthusiasm for the environment and brand to create a positive feeling for all staff and guests.
