Job summary

Emberwood, a destination restaurant at Francis Hotel Bath, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will deliver guest-focused service, take directions from senior staff, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and locals.

This role requires around 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings, at £13.22 per hour plus Tronc. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; we value energy, teamwork, and a positive, proactive approach to every table.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Guest-focused with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction and repeat business.
• Deliver the order of service with knowledge of menu and allergens.
• Run a section in the restaurant, lounge or terrace with enthusiasm.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of service at high standards.
• Comply with Health and Safety standards to deliver exquisite experiences.
• Elevate the guest experience with a curious and creative approach.
