Emberwood Restaurant, part of the Sutton Hotel Collection in Bath, seeks a Head Host to lead reservations and guest experiences. You will drive top-line sales through effective booking management, events and promotions, while upholding the brand image across every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations management and guest service
• Ability to drive events and promotions to increase footfall
• Strong brand ambassador presence in guest interactions

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant, event, and private dining bookings, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded
• Collaborate with departments to deliver seamless events in line with client briefs
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Restaurant across guest interactions and service, maintaining quality standards
