The kitchen seeks an enthusiastic and reliable Chef De Partie to join a versatile team, with pastry shifts and support across sections to develop skills and deliver memorable dining experiences.

The role offers a competitive salary (£33,950–£39,950 OTE) with base pay plus a monthly average tron and excellent staff benefits, onsite shifts, and opportunities within the Sutton Hotel

Qualifications

• Pastry experience would be a real advantage, as the role will include a few pastry shifts each week and providing cover for our Pastry Chef during days off and holidays.
• We’d also welcome applications from strong CDPs looking for a varied role and the opportunity to develop their skills.
