GAUCHO Tower Bridge is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to lead guest experiences with warmth and professional service on the dining floor. You will work with the restaurant team to deliver outstanding hospitality and guide guests through curated menu options.

This role emphasizes concierge-style service, mastery of GAUCHO standards, and proactive upselling to maximise guest enjoyment and sales, in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service with a senior waiter role.
• Ability to upsell GAUCHO products with confidence.
• Demonstrates warmth, empathy and genuine hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
