GAUCHO Newcastle is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our team. You will be the face of GAUCHO, delivering outstanding hospitality and guiding guests through our menu with confidence.

In this role you will upsell GAUCHO products, support the team, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to deliver an unforgettable GAUCHO experience.

• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed accurately.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organised, following setup/breakdown procedures.

GAUCHO is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter to join our GAUCHO Newcastle Team! The ideal Senior Waiter candidate will be hardworking, have a positive attitude and work well within a team. They will be a GAUCHO ambassador and be able to upsell all GAUCHO products with confidence.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Senior Waiter

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an unforgettable GAUCHO experience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence while following the GAUCHO steps of service and standards.
• Strengthen and maintain product knowledge in order to host tables and guide guests with menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximise sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Help maintain a clean and organised restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
