Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Vehicle Service Manager for a multi-franchise approved car dealership in Chippenham. You will lead a team of eight technicians, four service advisors, a workshop controller and a parts advisor, driving profitable, customer-focused aftersales operations.

This senior role offers a negotiable basic salary, performance bonuses and uncapped OTE around £50,000 per annum, plus a personal company car, 30 days leave including bank holidays, and in-house

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in a franchise dealership.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Good IT literacy and experience with dealership systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support approximately eight Vehicle Technicians, four Service Advisors, one Workshop Controller and one Parts Advisor.
• Manage daily operation of the service department, maximise workshop efficiency and labour sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure an excellent aftersales experience.
• Monitor departmental performance, implement improvements and protect our reputation.
• Work with colleagues and senior management to achieve business objectives.
