Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) in the UK to lead strategic advisory across large enterprise accounts. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes and help customers mature from foundation to transform maturity stages while driving measurable business impact in the era of Agentic AI.

You will report to the VP of Customer Value and act as a trusted advisor, shaping how organizations scale transformation with confidence, governance, and ROI-driven value

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering/customer success
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes
• Experience defining operating models/CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases
• Comfort engaging executive-level stakeholders across business and IT
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM) and cross-system processes
• Understanding of how AI/agentic AI reshapes process landscapes

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements: translate strategy into measurable success plans and KPIs
• Build trusted advisor relationships at senior/executive level; run Executive Business Reviews
• Guide customers through value journey from adoption to AI-ready scale
• Define, validate, and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and economic storytelling
• Develop executive-ready business cases that secure funding and buy-in
• Represent ARIS as a thought leader in Process Intelligence and Agentic AI
