Job summary

Hippo, a UK-based digital services partner with offices in Manchester, seeks a Senior Consultant expert in user-centred design. You will lead teams, advocate for design across client organisations, and share best practices with the design community.

You will shape end-to-end service journeys, run collaborative workshops, and influence stakeholders to deliver high-quality, human-centered digital services.

Qualifications

• Strong depth in UX or Service Design with ability to switch focus across the service journey.
• Excellent consultancy skills and client-facing mindset.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web UX and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Propose ideas that solve problems creatively and shape solutions around user needs.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for optimal experience.
• Use insights from research and metrics to identify pain points and improve design.
• Explore approaches to ensure product flows logically from step to step.
• Produce user journeys, sitemaps, navigation schemas and annotated wireframes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
