Job summary

Hippo is a digital service design consultancy seeking a Senior Content Designer to lead content strategy and design across multidisciplinary teams. You will translate complex language into clear, usable content and work closely with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.

You will champion user-centred design, run workshops, and share best practices within Hippo’s design community, with frequent collaboration across UK offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of content strategy to meet clients' business requirements.
• Create and iterate content for end-to-end services, translating complex language into clear, usable content.
• Advise and support content design colleagues and Agile teams.
• Use user research insights and metrics to shape content strategy and justify decisions.
