Job summary

Hippo Digital Limited is seeking a senior service design consultant to lead strategic planning for client services, collaborating with project teams and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver user-centred solutions.

You will drive design quality, translate concepts into tangible deliverables, and contribute to the service design Community of Practice while mentoring and guiding teams to achieve impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expert at designing services from end to end and improving existing services that are underperforming.
• Experience working with service/product owners and senior stakeholders is essential, with a pragmatic approach to meeting client needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to translate concepts into tangible deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for the client’s service to meet business and user needs.
• Articulate goals for the service using artefacts like service maps, value propositions, or blueprints.
• Provide advice and recommendations on approaches to organisational problems.
• Plan and facilitate groups toward a common goal and represent the voice of the customer.
• Generate concepts, proposals and plans for new or evolving service propositions.
• Simplify complex cross-departmental information for clear understanding.
