BAM Ground Engineering is seeking a Senior Utility Surveyor to lead utility survey projects and deliver PAS 128 surveys with high accuracy. You will work with cutting-edge equipment, mentor junior staff, and help grow a growing utility surveying service across the UK.

The role emphasizes safety, client communication, and the development of systems and processes to support future growth. Based in the UK with nationwide travel.

Formación

• Multiple years' experience delivering utility surveys, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of PAS 128 and TSA essentials.
• Proficient in surveying technologies including GPR and electromagnetic location systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead utility survey projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards.
• Provide specialist technical support for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Utilise modern surveying methods and equipment (total stations, GPS, GPR).
• Record underground assets and manhole inspections accurately.
• Deliver survey reports to Project Managers and CAD Operators per standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships for successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support their development.
• Conduct quality checks onsite and ensure smooth transition to deliverables.
• Maintain functionality of all survey equipment.
• Carry out Health & Safety risk assessment and planning.
