Qualifications

• Experience planning and conducting user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviewing, running workshops and surveys.
• Advocating for user research with stakeholders and aligning research plans and findings to organisational priorities.
• Experience synthesising evidence from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in an agile environment and in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong experience conducting research with diverse users, including on complex or sensitive topics.
• A commitment to user‑centred design, evidence-based decision making, inclusivity and accessibility.
• Ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences and communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to select appropriate research methods based on research objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user research and influence strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to align research with objectives.
• Create research plans using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Iterate hypotheses and manage related documentation.
