Job summary

The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller/Manager for a busy Manchester site. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive performance, and ensure excellent customer service while managing day-to-day sales operations.

Basic salary to £40,000 with a realistic OTE up to £70,000, and a structured shift pattern including two weekdays off and one full weekend off every month to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Sales Manager in automotive trade.
• Ideal experience in a used car supermarket or high-volume automotive sales environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commercial awareness with ability to motivate a successful sales team.

• Lead a sales team to achieve targets and maximise gross profit.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions.
