• 5+ years in the field of Risk, Security, and/or Compliance.
• Experience of working with the FCA.
• 5+ years of proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function.
• Drive adoption of risk, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor and report on the organisation's risk profile.
