Travel Consultants for the role of: Luxury Experience Designers

About the Role

The candidate will handle bookings from start to finish, liaising with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors. Responsibilities include managing ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers. Maintain regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction. Develop new ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing clients from various countries. Collaborate with the Senior Team to resolve client complaints efficiently. Become proficient with our CRM, BeConcierge. Use effective sales techniques to close sales and exceed targets. Monitor and communicate client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Must be fluent in English
• Passionate about luxury travel and lifestyle
• Good knowledge of UK destinations
• Demonstrates commitment and motivation
• Ability to work under seasonal pressure
• Knowledge of pricing and quick math skills
• Previous experience in travel industry and relevant education in travel or hospitality
• Experience may include tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other luxury sales roles

Pay Range and Compensation - Salary starts at GBP 35,000 to GBP 40,000 per annum plus incentives based on seniority.
