Senior Travel Agent (Remote)

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!

Responsibilities include:

• Searching and confirming travel reservations for clients
• Understanding and advising on client travel policies
• Fulfilling requests regarding regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Providing industry information like fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Reviewing operational processes and client relationships for improvements
• Maintaining and expanding knowledge of the travel industry sectors supported

About you

• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
