• Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage engineering design houses.

• Lead the development and delivery of engineering designs for transmission infrastructure projects from concept to detailed design.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to engineering professionals, and act as SME to projects.
• Coordinate internal and external design resources across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with SPEN standards and governance processes.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with ENA, IEC, BS and SPEN standards.
• Support budgets and tender submissions with engineering input.
