Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Transition Programme Manager to lead complex transition and transformation programmes within large managed service environments. You will drive transition input to bids, develop viable solutions, plans and costs, and manage transferring services from incumbents while ensuring service levels are maintained.

You will own governance, financial control, delivery plans, risks and stakeholder management, shaping client expectations and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience in managed service environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT service transitions/transformations.
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and client management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition input to bids, developing viable solutions, plans and costs.
• Manage the process of transferring services from incumbents, ensuring SLAs are met.
