Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK seeks a Managing Consultant to lead Programme and Portfolio Management delivery across sectors, driving complex client transformations with automation and tooling, while mentoring junior colleagues.

Based in London, Manchester or Glasgow with flexible assignment locations, you will manage budgets, oversee multi-supplier engagements, and help develop new offerings in a dynamic transformation practice.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models combining PMO and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of medium sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
• Managing a large client contract, including budgets, resource profile and billing.
• Developing delivery strategies and new offerings by leveraging assets and automation.
• Mentoring junior team members and enabling capability development.
• Contributing to business development, proposals, bids and client events.
