Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager with extensive change management expertise to lead complex client transformation initiatives across sectors. You will drive delivery, manage budgets and contracts, and help develop offerings with a mix of assets and new insights.

You will shape delivery strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to internal training while working in a hybrid model across the UK, including London, Manchester or Glasgow offices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
• Strong change leadership, stakeholder management and delivery delivery capabilities.
• Experience in hybrid delivery models combining traditional change with Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping, planning and delivery of medium to large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Manage client engagements including budgets, resources, billing and contracts.
• Develop delivery strategies and create offerings from existing assets or new insights.
• Play a key role in the Programme & Change Practice and in strategy execution.
• Contribute to internal training pathways to upskill consultants in strategic change management.
• Structure and lead delivery teams and mentor junior colleagues.
