Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Transition Programme Manager to lead complex transition and transformation programmes within large managed service environments across the UK. The role is hybrid, combining Capgemini offices, client sites and remote work, across Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester and Woking.

You will own governance, budgets and delivery plans, manage risks and stakeholders, and develop viable plans and costs to ensure client expectations are met during the transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience within managed service environments; governance, budgets, executive reporting and delivery across complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and client management with senior stakeholders, supplier relationships and programme financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition input to bids, developing viable solutions, plans and costs, balancing commercial risk and price competitiveness.
• Manage the process of transferring services from incumbent providers into Capgemini, ensuring service levels are maintained.
• Own programme governance, financial control, delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder management to deliver on time and budget.
• Develop strategic partnerships and build delivery teams to meet transition requirements.
