Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Transition Programme Manager to lead complex transition and transformation programmes within large managed service environments across the UK. The role is hybrid, combining Capgemini offices, client sites and remote work, across Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester and Woking.

You will own governance, budgets and delivery plans, manage risks and stakeholders, and develop viable plans and costs to ensure client expectations are met during the transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience within managed service environments; governance, budgets, executive reporting and delivery across complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and client management with senior stakeholders, supplier relationships and programme financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition input to bids, developing viable solutions, plans and costs, balancing commercial risk and price competitiveness.
• Manage the process of transferring services from incumbent providers into Capgemini, ensuring service levels are maintained.
• Own programme governance, financial control, delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder management to deliver on time and budget.

We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.## **Your skills and experience*** Extensive programme management experience gained within managed service environments, with ownership of governance, budgets, executive reporting and delivery across complex multi-workstream programmes.* Proven experience delivering large-scale IT service transitions and/or transformation programmes, ensuring service readiness, stability and continuous improvement across complex environments.* Strong stakeholder, commercial and client management skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders, supplier relationships, programme financials, negotiations and revenues in the £1m-£10m range.* Broad understanding of managed services and IT domains (e.g. Cloud, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cyber Security and SIAM), with experience supporting business growth through client engagement, bid/proposal input, capability development and innovation.* Declare they have a disability, and* Meet the minimum essential criteria for the role.To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtainTo obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.**Your wellbeing**You'd be joining an accredited Great Place to work for Wellbeing in 2024.
