Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Senior Manager with extensive Change Management expertise to lead and deliver complex client transformation initiatives across sectors. You will shape delivery strategies, manage budgets, and drive growth of change-management services within the Programme and Change Practice.

Role includes mentoring junior team members, developing proposals, and contributing to internal capability development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives across industries.
• Commercial acumen to structure deals benefiting clients and Capgemini.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models combining traditional change approaches with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping, planning, and delivery of medium to large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Manage all client engagement aspects including budgets, resources, billing, and contracts.
• Develop delivery strategies and new offerings by leveraging existing assets or insights.
• Play a pivotal role in the Programme and Change Practice and mentor junior team members.
• Support internal training pathways to upskill consultants in technology-enabled change and leadership.
