Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience in managed service environments.
• Delivery across complex multi-workstream programmes with governance and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition input to bids, developing viable solutions, plans and costs.
• Manage transfer of services from incumbent providers while maintaining SLAs.
• Own programme governance, delivery plans, risks and dependencies.
