Job summary

WSP in the United Kingdom is seeking a transformation consultant to help modernise infrastructure, transport, energy, utilities and the built environment. You will lead transformation programmes, shape delivery and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

Joining the Transformation and Digital Insights team, you will guide client delivery, shape change initiatives and ensure outcomes. The role offers hybrid working across multiple UK hubs and opportunities to influence advisory strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading advisory engagements or delivery within complex transformation programmes, with responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, able to structure challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders in large organisations.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level written communication and storytelling.
• Experience leading teams and creating high-performing collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transformation strategies, operating models and business process improvements.
• Plan and deliver large-scale transformation and change initiatives with engagement and adoption activities.
• Structure complex client problems, analyse information and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic outcomes.
• Develop high-quality client-facing outputs including reports and presentations.
• Lead delivery teams, including line management and coaching responsibilities.
• Contribute to growth of the Transformation practice through business development and proposals.
