Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead high-priority programmes delivering measurable benefits for customers and colleagues. You'll navigate matrix and virtual teams, partnering with stakeholders to define and deliver complex transformations across the business.

The role focuses initially on the SCADA Mapping programme, driving alignment between SCADA and asset management systems, embedding change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end.
• Experience leading matrix and virtual teams and individuals.
• Experience driving major business transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management at a senior level.
• Background in consulting or utilities (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the SCADA Mapping programme and align SCADA with asset management systems.
• Act as single point of contact for programme delivery status.
• Lead and motivate programme teams and stakeholders.
• Keep sponsors engaged and informed.
• Ensure interdependencies are understood and aligned with the wider portfolio.
• Role modelling a professional services culture across Thames Water.
• Drive best-in-class methodologies and embed lasting change across the organisation.
