Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead delivery of high-priority transformation programmes across the business, enabling measurable benefits for customers, colleagues and communities.

You’ll work across matrix and virtual teams, directing the SCADA Mapping programme and embedding major change. A background in consulting or utilities is highly desirable, with strong stakeholder management and pragmatic, collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end.
• Experience leading matrix and virtual teams.
• Background in consulting or utilities sector.
• Ability to influence at pace and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-priority programmes enabling measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, justify and deliver programmes to a high standard.
• Deliver SCADA Mapping programme and drive major change across the business.
• Act as single point of contact for programme delivery status.
• Lead and motivate programme teams and sponsors.
• Ensure interdependencies are understood and aligned with the wider portfolio.
